what is it like to have me along on your wedding day?

I am so honored that you're considering me in your search for a wedding photographer! I know that for many couples, finding the right photographer is one of the most important initial tasks in planning their wedding. You'll also spend a lot of your day with your wedding photographer, so you should be happy to have them there, too. 🙂 That's one of the reasons I believe that the couple-photographer relationship is important to couples who prioritize and value their photographs. When you feel comfortable with the person behind the camera, it is easier to be genuine, at ease, and even vulnerable in the moments you invite me to document. And that is when some of my favorite images have happened. Madison WI wedding photographer I'm truly interested in each of my couples' weddings and love stories. UW Memorial Union wedding pictures   Engagement sessions are my favorite way to get to know my couples, so I do my best to get together with each of my couples for at least a short photo shoot. Engagement sessions have a casual feel, but the intensity and length depends on the session or package you book. At the minimum, we'll spend 20-30 minutes in one location and call it a day. At the extreme side, with my Engagement Adventure Session, we'll spend a whole afternoon and evening exploring some of your favorite places and telling your love story in photos. As a bonus, you'll know exactly what to expect when I'm photographing you on your wedding day. planning for winter engagement portraits I love helping my clients plan their schedules around their photography desires and needs.
