That One Time I Shot Four Weddings in Three Days

Monday's Moment is late this week, because I took the day off yesterday. So that will be brought to you next week! And that will be followed by endless awesome moments from this past weekend, because as you read in the title... I shot four weddings in three days. WHEW! It was crazy! Anyone who knows this business probably thinks I'm certifiable for taking so many events on. I know I would think the same thing if someone else wrote this blog post. And in all honesty, I was a little worried going into the weekend- I usually don't even take three weddings in a row, let alone four! But in the end I must admit that I'm slightly impressed with myself. I enjoyed the fast-paced intensity and the excitement. Will it ever happen again? No. The circumstances were really special this time around, and things just happened to work out that I could make the last wedding on the list on Sunday night, to which I just could not say NO. So this post is a congratulations to all four of my wonderful couples who became husbands & wives this first weekend of June!

Jill & Doug said "I Do" in an intimate ceremony at the Capitol on Friday afternoon.

Madison Wisconsin Wedding Photographer To each of these fabulous couples, I send a huge thank-you! Thank you for choosing me, trusting me, and allowing me to be a part of your unique days. I feel like I say this a lot, but I am incredibly blessed to have a career that is so enjoyable and rewarding. To have the chance to be a part of celebrating four new marriages in such a short time makes me overwhelmingly happy. That said, it's not likely I'll have another marathon weekend like this anytime soon- but it was fun while it lasted, and now I have no excuse to feel exhausted by any other weekend. Right?!
